Dan Cardot has been involved with real estate renovation and development since 1996. He has been involved in projects in San Diego, CA, Maui, HI, and Scottsdale, AZ as well as Central Oregon for the past eight years. From the years of 1988 to 2002, Dan owned construction companies which specialized in high end home and hotel, stone and tile renovations.

He has built two of his own homes, doing a majority of the work himself. He has also done numerous remodels, and thus understands all aspects of a residence, from foundation to finish. Dan has over 35 years in construction experience and has purchased and renovated pre-foreclosure, short sale and bank owned property.

He has developed subdivisions and created hobby farms in both La Pine and Terrebonne and has participated in the preliminary development of a 5,000 Ac. destination resort.
